Lateral RX Tracing
Delta-Dent Lateral RX Tracing module includes all the essential functions to carry out the case study. The import of photographs and X-rays is done in a few steps, and Delta-Dent will organize them automatically in the folder.
The cephalometry on Latero-Lateral RX is made by choosing from over 30 available methods, including international ones (for example Giannì, Ricketts, Roth, Jarabak), those used in italian universities (Pavia Analysis, Milan Analysis, Varese Analysis, Analysis of Trieste, SUN) and the new methods (Sato, Slavicek, Easy & Straight).
The location of the points is guided by the software, which will automatically fix built points according to specific criteria.
Archiving photos in the folder during the whole treatment, will give the possibility to compare them, providing the patient with a very detailed documentation.
Superimposition and Comparison
Thanks to Overlays and Comparison, Delta-Dent is able to highlight the changes experienced by the patient during the course of therapy.
The method is quick and precise: after selecting the tracing to be superimposed, only the plane and the superimposition point must be indicated. A table will report the difference in measurements and the movement of points.
In addition to superimposing the tracing of two radiographs, it is possible to compare the final tracing and the treatment prediction.
Presentations
It is the best way to create and present the case to the patient. Using the images imported into the medical folder, you create a presentation of great impact.
Thanks to the high level of customization, Delta-Dent can manage a large number of templates preset by the user, allowing the orthodontist to realize the presentation quickly.
Finally, the presentation can be given to the patient in paper or pdf format.
Models Analysis
By importing the photo of the model of both arches, we can trace the Model Analysis.
In a short time we will have more precise values on dental-dental discrepancy, asymmetries, arch spaces and crowding.
Postero Anterior RX Tracing
In addition to the Latero-Lateral RX, Delta-Dent allows us to perform linear and angular measurements on RX Postero Anterior, thus going to check for possible asymmetries.
Also in this case the standard methods are available (Ricketts, Giannì) and it is possible to ask for customizations.
PowerPoint Exportations
All documents generated with Delta-Dent can be exported to a PowerPoint file:
tracing, measurement, photo, superimpositions and presentation.
Frontal Photo Analysis
The analysis of the frontal photo is an alternative to radiographic examination, used above all in gnathology and pedodontics.
Using this function, we can determine the symmetry of the patient's face and aesthetic relationships.
